A former two-time Chinatown Chamber President; past President of the Board of Directors at Asian Health Services;Chair of the Chinatown Neighborhood Crime Prevention Council; Citizen Advisory Board member of the California Highway Patrol (CHP); Board Member of the Oakland Police Foundation.
